I reading Tom Barr's Non CO2 Method. And have a couple of questions.

When he says "I also will add about 1/8" and 1/32" teaspoon of KNO3 and KH2PO4 respectively once a week or two" He is talking about dry ferts, Right?
Also, This was written some 10 years ago from the date on the post. i was wondering if it is still as relavent today. Or, if there is newer Tech that is as concise and easy to follow. I haven't seen any myself since I joined this great forum.
