Could someone point me to information on this method. My son's tank is recieving all my trimmings, so better prepare his tank.

I am not sure what you are asking, Evergreen.

If you are looking at how or a method to grow plants with Excel as a substitute for CO2 injection, simply follow the directions on the Excel bottle.

Prescribed dosing will produce fine results in a suitably sized aquarium! :icon_wink
