Does it get flowers on it? It looks like a lilac bush to me.

To me the branches of the bush look exactly like my lilac bushes.

looks like wisteria to me.
Definitely not wisteria. I have that in my yard also and the new growth looks nothing like those leaves. I still think that it's a lilac.looks like wisteria to me.
