I've been reading posts here for over a week and can't seem to find the answer...
I have a 5g tank and am using a 10 watt Marineland Natural Daylight CFL. The spectrum rating?? (remember I'm a newbie for my planted tank) is 5100K.
Is this considered low light? Is it at all sufficient for growing plants?

so much to learn......

My goal is to get anything to grow since I am just starting. I can't find any anubias locally. I read that hygrophila was good for low light. I have a difformis and corymbosa stricta. Also a dwarf sea grass, which is doing the best so far.

I bought a Flourish starter kit (Flourish, iron and excel.) I've been using it for 6 days.

My confusion about the light stemmed from the 5100K rating from a 10 watt bulb. So, this bulb isn't doing any good because of it's low wattage?
My socket has a 15 watt rating.

Thank you both for responding
