I would look into doing a false bottom you could hide some filtration under/behind. Pretty simple just look it up on google (just make sure your frog cannot get stuck!). If you could I would look into a larger tank like 20 long. Do a quarter to a third land with a sloping pool. Leopard frogs look really cool with that metallic bright green. Throw in plants and bam!
