New Tank Algae

Just started a new tank and I now have this greenish brown algae all over my glass and i can see it begin to grow on top of my substrate. What is it, and how do i get rid of it? =/

I have a 90 gallon tank, 108 watts of T5HO, co2, but havent started dosing yet because im waiting to plant the tank more.

Sounds like diatoms to me. It is quite typical of a newly established aquarium. It should disappear on its own, given time.

Ottos will help eliminate diatoms quickly for you.
