Its a great store, certainly one of the best ive been to.
I havent seen any amanos, but they do have shrimp from time to time, just not stocked all the time. Im sure he would get some amanos for you if you were interested.
Very Nice Aquarium Store

guy running the place Ryan, is very friendly and very helpful always a pleasure to go into this shop!!! It is a VERY clean and tidy shop, even my wife was quite impressed compared to the other aquarium shops I drag her to.

I have a 92gallon corner bow-front on order from them right now :)

Finally got to this store yesterday....was very nice with a LOT of product! Not a huge amount of planted stuff, but did have some plants for sale. Very nice store with the whole upper part dedicated to all the "hardware" and the lower portion dedicated to fish. Lot's of nice saltwater stuff too, almost enough to convince me to try a SW tank. Go on down on a weekend to take a look...definitely worth it.
Sorry, I haven't been to The Wet Spot so I can't compare them.
Anyone been to both that can compare them?

Just did road trip yesterday to this shop. Yes they carry shrimp and had a good selection of Ammano and others including a dozen CRS and Sakuras. Its has a smaller stock selection than the Wet Spot, but the prices are typically lower. CRS for 5.99 as an example (Mostly A and S). They had 1 or 2 fish that weren't on this weeks Wet Spot stock list, but in general it is a weaker selection. As an example for Apistos they only had Agassizi, Caucatoides, and Irindea (SP? on all). They had an excellent selection of Black Bar Endler's, but only males.

On Dry Goods, they had an excellent selection. Perhaps the best in Oregon. I think they had a better selection than Wet Spot, but that is subjective.

I think it is worth the drive if you want to see something different, but don't expect to see a superior selection to the Wet Spot, just cheaper.

I think that is a very fair comparison.
