First one is a dual stage, second one is a single stage. They would both work.
was going to get the single stage until I saw the dual , just wanted to make sure that the dual would work ok? Just need to change the 580 stem to a 320.

Yes the concoa 212 will work great. Do not buy that regulator for $170. How much does the concoa cost? is it on ebay?

An outlet pressure gauge that is 1-400psi suggests to me that it will be difficult to set a 15-20 psi outlet pressure. I would much rather have a regulator with a 0-100 psi gauge on it.

Shouldn't be too bad though. Its not like you use the pressure to control your bubble count. You set it to a general range, and then leave it alone for the most part. Be patient. You will be able to get a great deal for a regulator on [Ebay Link Removed]
