I want to change out my stock lighting that came with the aqueon 2.5 gallon tank to something a little more brighter and encourage more plant growth.

$15.49 plus free shipping is very hard for me to pass up. I just want to know if that price is worth what I am looking to get out of the light: more plant growth, brighter light.

Everyone seems to be mentioning the brand Finnix. So I researched and found this light:
