new hardscape help

Has anyone ever tried bondo in a fwa as an alternative to masonary products in creating a hardscape feature. Could there be any adverse affects. Also what are safe types of paints to use. Appreciate any help.

I wouldn't use Bondo in an aquarium. It has silica, and chemicals. Besides, most hobbyists I know are always changing things...
