Hello Everyone!

Name is Chris and I'm from Rockland County NY

I have fish at every place I can go to from home, to work, even a pond at my parents house :smile2:

I simply love fish and aquariums. I'm no expert in all the fields though and I'm now getting into a planted aquarium.

I have a 75 gallon at my house and I'm having a terrible time with algae :frown2:

First light I got was a Finnex Ray II and I figured that was too much light so I bought a Finnex Planted + 24/7 and the algae came right back in full force. I have it everywhere it's all over the leaves and Eco Complete.

I just purchased a CO2 system from GLA and an inline diffuser as well as drop checker. I ordered several more plants from JacobsAquarium.com and everything should be getting here next week.

Welcome. Do you have pictures of the tank with the algae.

How long do you keep your lights on?
Whats your live stock and plant load?
Whats your maintenance schedule like?
