Hello all! I'm sure you are all thoroughly tired of talking about lighting, but I have a situation.

I currently have two 10watt bulbs F10 T5s. Over a 10 Gallon Tank, that will be medium to dense planting.

I have ordered two replacements, T5HO at 20 Watts a piece.

Will 40 Watts be too much, and do I have to little now?

Future plans include a DBT foreground with dense background planting.

Any help appreciated, thank you in advance!

The T5HO will only be run at 10 watts unless the ballast can run at 20 watts per bulb.

I don't think 2 NO T5 are too little for a 10 gallon tank.

The ballasts brand is Current. And the man I bought it from ran 20 Watt T5HO, so I know that it can. I just don't want to fry my plants.
