I would like to up grade my old regulator to a
Smith CO2 Regulator 30-100-320 Series 30 CO2
I like to know if any one know the out-put size and what would I need to
reduce it to fit my old solenoid valve,needle valve and bubble counter , I believe are all 1/8inch port that fit my 3m co2 regulator. I would like to also get a check valve between my bubble counter and needle valve.

Why don't you buy a used dual stage regulator off of ebay? You can get one for around $50. A Smith probably wouldn't be any better than what you have, but a dual stage would be a very good upgrade.
