How high of nitrates can neos tolerate? I ask this because my planted tanks (70g and 20g) both run at 20 ppm or higher sometimes and I want to add neos and Amanos. I dont want to kill them. I dont overfeed, I change 50% of my water weekly, I dont dose KN03, I vacuum my substrate. I dont know why it is so high.

Yup tested the tap and its zero across the board. It's not that either.
