First off, great job on the post, really thorough and full. I think twisted and deteriorating new growth is a result of calcium deficiency. Hopefully another can jump in here with better knowledge like plantbrain or someone else.

Thanks but my water perimeters are
Nitrate 10-15ppm
Phosphate 1-2ppm
Kh 3-4 degrees
Gh 10 degrees
And i think my gh already high if I add more calcium my gh will raise higher

That's a lot of light for the amount of Co2 your putting into your the tank

Not enough Co2. I put more co2 into my 40 gallon than you and I run 2X54 AH lights. But each needle value is different as well. I use about 5-6 bbs.
No more than 7-8hrs of lights on period.
Find the limit where fish are ok and plants will be fine as well.

I dose this:
http://www.barrreport.com/showthread.php/2819-EI-light-for-those-less-techy-folks
even though I have a 40 gallon I dose to the 20-40 gallon regimen.

A tank that size dry fertz are the way to go. I would eliminate the liquid fertz completely.

Pick up some KNO3, MPK, CSM +B, and GH booster from AquariumFertlizer.com
Eventhough your GH is high increase it some more.

Up Co2 cut lighting period and the fertz you'll be fine.

There is no way to compare the CO2 you inject with the CO2 someone else injects based on any sort of bubble count or even if you knew the exact CO2 volume dispersed. That's because every tank has different uptakes, different rates of diffusion, and different circulation. The op may or may not have enough CO2, but there is no way to base that off what you dose.

I was referring to your original post when you said that you keep your tank at 78 degrees Celsius. I'm assuming you meant Fahrenheit.

KH tables mean nothing it's how things react in you specific tank. Your water is soft and I wish mine could be like that. Your really don't have difficult plants to keep. If the light intensity was turned down by 1/2 most of those plants would do just fine. But you your blasting them with a lot of light and when you do that CO2 is the fix. Don't be afraid to turn it up a little at a time and see the results.

According to your graph bigboy should have is light somewhere around 25-30inches above his tank. Or He can simply cut the light down. Or go full bore and up the Co2 and fertz. Its crazy, but I like it. Plants will grow at an amazing rate but Co2 and Fertz are needed.

That's why I said, "Find the limit where fish are ok and plants will be fine as well."

Degrees of water hardness refer to GH (General Hardness) or KH (Carbonate Hardness), temperature has nothing to do with it all C or F(if either of those are too high things tend boil).

Keep to that dosing up your Co2 reduce your lighting and no need for the K2So4.
Get some booster for some CA & MG. It might up your GH but no worries. And 1tsp to start every water change.
