need some help.....i have hair alige i think

well hello people i left for 5 days and had my dad take care of it........any idea what i need to do.........it is growing everywhere in my tank on all of my plants and it is killing some of my plants any help....it looks like a green spider web and it is everywhere!!!!!!!!

i have 3 amonos, 9 RCS, 2 mini cory cats and 3 otos in my tank
