Im new to keeping live plants and really have no idea if the aquarium I just bought has sufficient lighting and if not what to buy. I have an All-Glass 55g tank that came with 2, 24" fixtures. This is a link to the fixtures.

The bulbs say 15w, so if Im figuring this out correctly 30/55 comes out to .5 wpg. Is this far too low? If so, do I need a different kind of fixture, like twin tube?? Also what bulbs would be appropriate? Now all I need is lighting conditions for low to moderate growth. Also something that is cost effective. Below is a link to the store I buy from. Thanks for the help!
