i got it from a friend who says its called eriocaulon type 3
but i havent found any info on the net

Are the leaves serrated? It makes me wonder if it's a pogostemon sp like P. stellatus, rotala sp like R. verticillata or syngonanthus sp like S. manaus.

heres a better pic i found on the net

but for me it grows slowly i think its because i keep my temp at 25C
in its profile it says he prefers warmer water

It should grow well in my Arizona aquarium, the water is warm here.
