Need info. on VLH-TC-P 1500MA Ballast

for a 90 gallon non-CO2 tank.

The specs say:
"For two F72, F60 or F48 VHO,PG,SHO,T10 or T10J Lamps or any combination of two above."

I don't know what the above acronyms are???

VHO=Very high output

SHO=Super High Output???

I know it is a good ballast but what bulbs can I use with it as far as wattage is concerned.

I plan on keeping simple plant (anubias, java fern, amazon swords, java moss etc. and might consider CO2 injection in the future.

Any info. or links greatly app.
