I went to the lfs and got a whole bunch of water lettuce. They just took big scoops. Along with the water lettuce i got some type of moss and a few other plants, i am not sure what they are, im still learning. But i got them in the tank and took pics, also ignore the dirt layer on the rocks, looks bad but its from all the soil settling awhile back. I also took a pic of the whole tank, which is a work in progress

Pic 3 looks like Bacopa
Pic 4 looks like Sagittaria platyphylla (could be wrong)
Not sure about the moss.
Couldn't see the others well enough. I'm sure someone else will comment and correct me if needed.

2- Standard Ceratophyllum
3- Maybe Bacopa but looks very fragile, maybe check Lysimachia nummularia , growth patterns will tell.
4- Maybe Sagittaria subulata, or a small vallisneria
5- oh , you need to ask the moss experts and get it under a microscope
