I need to identify some plants that I brought from a Japanese fish store. I don't speak or read Japanese so I need a little help. The plant on the right had a purpleish or dark red color at first but algae took over and maybe a lack of care gave it this look. I want to bring it back to its original look. It looks like ludwigia glandulosa or nesaea red from the plant profile.

The next plant caught my attention by being the last one and because of it's looks. The tips are red from being close to the light i guess. I tried looking this on up on the forums plant profiles and I only saw Red Watermilfoil that looked close besides its not red.

I believe the scientific name for parrots feather is myriophyllum aquaticum... but I'm to lazy to check as well... :hihi:

Nope. That only has 1 leaf per node. The plant shown has many.

Good point. I missed that. I redact my statement. It's parrots feather afterall... LOL
