Not sure what it is but doesn't look like Camboba.

Emersed form limnophila sessiliflora

Emersed based on the pointed, thicker leaf shape.

Definitely not cabomba though.

I would 90% agree that is a Myriophyllum. Common name Spiked Water Milfoil

99% sure it is not myriophyllum. I've grown the stuff and it is far more fluffy and denser than camboba

I think it's the emersed form. Denser leaves when grown out of water.

Could be wrong though.
