Need help to choose new light

I have 18 Gallon Tank,(i.e. W 22", H 10.5", L 18") tank. I want to change my lights which is on my tank hood. Pictures of the light as below.

My idea is just replace those lights with another. So kindly can you let me know any of your light can fit on my hood, if yes which one I can model use.

My stocking is as below:-
5 Guppies
1 Neon Gourami
2 Amano Shrimp

Java Moss on hood
Dwarf hair grass
Anubias nana
Cabomba Caroliniana
vallisneria Americana

Why are you replacing that light? If you are trying to get more light that would require a different light than if you want a light with better color. Most light fixtures would not be able to be confined inside that hood without over heating. But, a LED light similar to what you now have would work.

I am growing plants and I am not satisfied with growth of the plants.

Then can i get hood ready made with lights, which I can replace ?
