So my mineralize soil is almost complete and im about to start my 20g aquarium. Im planning to grow Staurogyne repens, water wisteria, and u.s. phoenix moss or christmass moss on drift wood depending what i can grab. So looking for ideas on what kind of lighting i should get. Thanks all in advance  :icon_wink

There are two standard 20 gallon tank sizes, one is 12 inches high and 30 inches long, and the other is 16 inches high and 24 inches long. The appropriate light depends on the height and length of the tank. Which one do you have?

Looked up a couple review of Odyssea t5 light and looks promising so far. The only problem is its out of stock at the moment.
I put a Finnex Planted + on my 20g tall and love it.

Not quite as low priced considering they should replace the actinic bulb ASAP.. ;)

This might be a dumb question but, what is the difference between actinic bulb and a regular bulb or the bulb i need to replace it with when i get one? And what kind of bulb would you recomend to replace the actinic bulb with? :eek5:

I have a finnex something for my 5.5 gal tank. The only thing im afraid of is if the light fizzles out i dont know how to replace LED. But out of interest what type of finnex light and how much does it cost?
