My sunleaves T5 light came with two hanging wires on either end, but they are too long. I bought some S-hooks but it would literally be hanging less than a centimeter away from the water. Help me!!

I would think you will have some adjustable ends to shorten the overall length of the wire or you could trim the wire to length. Please post a pic of the entire hanging system.

The light fixture is a T5 HO and its less than an inch from the water, do you think it is ok as it is?
