Yes just put each fixure on it's own channel.. Keep in mind the 4A per channel limit.. (60W)

Wiring the fixtures "backwards" shouldn't damage them.. (no guarantees)..
Need at least a 3A 15V ps to run 2 units..(2x 1.4A)

you you want to get fancy and give your lights a boost.. you can get one w/ adj. voltage.. Increasing voltage by a volt (16V) will increase output (at the cost of added heating)
Not for the squeemish.. just as an FYI..
