Hey guys I'm needing some help identifying what's wrong with my mollie. it looks like there's a cloudy substance covering one of its eyes and lips. It also looks like the same stuff is scattered over its body. I tested the water this morning and the only thing that was high was the nitrate levels. I made up some water and plan to do a partial water change to see if this helps. If it doesn't clear up then what kind of medication do I need to cure it?

It could be cotton mouth. Look into it and see if that's what ti looks like.
