Ive had this problem for about a month. Can’t figure out if it’s a deficiency or if one of the residents is hungry.
These are from a melon sword, ph is 7.2 all other parameters within normal limits. I’m using flourish tabs, eco complete substrate, easy green, flourish advance, led aquaneat light, 20long tank, temp is 80-82. No co2.
Any help is appreciated.

I'd be careful trying to diagnose deficiencies from that chart above. The best plant growers in the world have a hard time doing it. Most look too much alike to pinpoint with any accuracy.

And Manganese (MnSO4.H2O) is a micro nutrient, and only needed in very small amounts. Most all micro mixes have plenty for any tank.

Nine times out of ten when someone says their problem is a deficiency it's actually something completely different.

In my opinion, that looks like a critter did the damage. But only a guess.
