Need Help Consolidating Intakes for two Eheim's and Needle Wheel

I currently have two Eheim 2217's and a Needle Wheel for CO2. I would like to consolidate the 3 intakes into one large one to clean up the plumbing in the tank. My internet searches aren't turning up much. Does anyone know where I can find a large intake with strainer/foam?
