my father is in the automotive industry and knows a few good glass guys for cars, idk if they do plain flat glass like you want, but ill ask him this weekend.

3/4" tempered may be tough to fine, it's out there. Not the normal mom and pop glass shop stock though.
Plate 3/4" is fairly common. 3/4" Poly carbonate is not an issue also.
