need advice on a lighting fixture please

Im getting a 16 x 16 x 16 inch tank and need advice on a lighting fixture that will fit it or do you think i will have to get some kind of lamp to light it.
It will be a mid light level tank.

Do you want something fully assembled or are you willing to do it yourself?

Its about 18 gallons and i would prefer to have it fully assembled if possible.
