Need advice: 24"deep hex lighting

Hi,
I have a 46-g 24"deep hex planted tank with cf lighting that is pretty old and needs to go.
I would like to upgrade to LED light, but have trouble picking a light that would penetrate 24" down. I heard Kessil would be good.
What would you guys suggest?

Kessil would do it but would be pricey.

could go with something like with a beamswork with 2 row 3 watt. they also made a quad row 3watt clip on lamp but not sure if its avail still don't see it on topdogsellers website anymore.
