I have a dual stage regulator. Can I let my CO2 tank run down to 0? When should I go refill?

Yes, if you trust your regulator, you can let it run to zero if you want to. I typically go exchange it once the pressure starts to drop at all. The minuscule amount of CO2 that I don't use is not worth running out on a weekend or some other time when i cannot go get it filled.
