natural rock resources ???

HI, Im setting up my 55 gal as a Planted tank, and was wondering where to get natural rocks or stones for my decor. I know u have to watch natural rocks that have lime, but where can I find either natural rocks or very nice looking resin rocks that are safe for my aquascape ?

Local streams, mountains, your backyard, the list goes on and on. You can find them pretty much anywhere.

But dont I have to be cautious of lime in the stones thus leaching out into the water and raising the PH ?

I agree. I found all of my larger rocks in the backyard by a stream. I have had no problem with anything leaching back into the water. Ph stays around 5.8-6.4 and fish couldn't be happier.
