I'm in the process of putting together a 2.5g nano and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with either of these 13w lights:

The ott-lite is definitely not in my price range ($20) but I wanted to show it for reference (the two look exactly the same). The compactness makes them look extra appealing.
I'm planning on planting pellia, some sort of moss, elatine, and maybe dwarf sag or micro sword.
Would these be good lighting options for the tank or should I shoot for something with more wattage?
