Well I dont think as when I had L. Repens its stem was like that and the leaf shape. Those are things to look for when Identifying emersed and submerged plants.
I have a plant that is identical to that, been growing for over 3 months now. I have regular red ludwigia next to it and the red has much larger ovate leaves. I havent been able to find it on the net anywhere, the best I can say is a type of narrow leaf ludwigia. I love it though, same colors as the red ludwigia, but not as thick and overgrowing.
