Hello

This is the first time i do a dry start, my tank is a DIY ADA 120P, i have been growing emersed HC in this tank for about 3 months now,

- I filled the tank with old water from another cycled tank from about 3 days

- Got some life problems so i didnt dose co2 neither ferts

- Now there is some places in my tank got this BGA and it began to grow on the HC

I know that manual removal will not help much and i also know that H2o2 can kill BGA and the HC so i cant use it

i need help to kill this Blue green algae so please Advice

I'm no expert, but the big unlock for me in ridding the tank of BGA was getting good circulation. I moved my intake and exhaust to opposite corners and got the water to circulate throughout the tank. Added CO2 and it went away in about 2 weeks.
