awesome tank. is that an xl orange shrimp or are those crs/cbs just juvies ;)
They are just juvie crs/cbs I got like 100 tiny juvie orange neos tho, 6 mothers gave birth in the same day XD

Im getting a tripod in and im reading the idiots guide for DSLR so hopefully I will get some better pics tomorrow it looks a lot better IRL.

Also I put the outflow in the breeder box so the water circulates both tanks !
your fstop and lighting are sufficient. Just position the camera ontop of something stationary, then focus. Composition mostly makes the photo.
That is awesome! Where can one get such a tank?
That is what I like to see in a shrimp tank! Same elements but way more creativity!
Great work! Keep posting pictures!

Is that a planted HOB? If so please share it here:

It's a finnex breeder box. Not sure if he is running it with an air pump or a water pump but I guess it is pretty much the same thing as a planted HOB.

cut slits into it lol from what I can tell :proud:
Yup that's it, I cut slits and then sanded it precisely so that the legs would fit snugly. The bamboo pole is then zip tied to the stand.

Its a finnex breeder box filled with 2 sponger filters and a sack of 100ml purigen. I have my filter's outflow pipe inside of the breeder box so the water pours out of it and into the tank. I also have some golden clams I got from my friend in there for extra filtration (I never see them because there buried).
Wow this tank is beautiful :). I really like the bamboo stands for the lights. You even set up a little light for the breeder box :D!

I see that the tank is on one of those metal stands with wheels. Do wheel this tank around :p

UPDATES !!!

I attached sturdy pieces of fir bark to the bamboo poles, here's what they look like off the poles.

They have Miniature Orchids, Tillandsia and moss planted on them.

The pics I took have pretty bad lighting, it looks a lot better in real life >.<

BTW Does anyone know a good fertilizer to water the orchids/Tillandisas with ? I have been using the water from my aquarium that I does Pfertz to mist them - will this be enough ?

Wow that cover looks amazing :)! That corner of the room must have really nice air quaility.

As for ferts, I'm sure tank water with Pfertz is perfect. You got the nitrates and what not from shrimp poo, and you'll definitely have unabsorbed ferts as well!
