My planted aquarium plants are dying. Why? I have 2 x18 W neon lights (philips tl-d 18w/54-765 and tl-d 18w 12000k). The guy where I brought the plants, the substrate and the lights has almost the same setup (except from the 12000k neon, which I added later).
