i bought some xmas moss a about a week ago and tied it down to my driftwood. and ever since then my moss seems like its turning brown and hasnt grown. its in a 55g tank under 260 watts. tank temp is around 76 degrees and i dose potassium, nitrate and iron every tuesday and friday. is it possible that the light is too strong for moss? or is my water temp too high?

give this time to settle in.
a week is not long for any moss to grow
did this come from overseas (long time in the mail)
was it brown when you got it.
do you have a NO3 reading
water temp is ok
the light is fine
how long is the light on for
any CO2 in the tank DIY or Pressure

ill give it more time to grow. it came in the mail very healthy and green. nitrates read 10. lights are on 8 hours a day and pressurized co2 at 1 bps
