went to the LFS this morning and was given a few cuttings of what i think is rotala:

and a small piece of java moss :D.

Ill be going back tomorrow to get some more, i just didnt have the time this morning to browse around and get everything i wanted to :(

quick question: which method is least detrimental to plants as far as dipping them before theyre put in the tank (bleach bath, h2o2 or potassium permanganate)?

It looks like Bacopa monnieri to me, not Rotala, but it's always hard to tell from pics. Still a nice plant, though, if that's what it is. :)

if i had something better than a phone camera, i think it would help a bit :p

thx for the reply church :D
I also think it is Bacopa monnieri. I would suggest using Hydrogen Peroxide to start with as it should be less toxic than the other options (although not necessarily as effective).

from what i understand....its like 1 part h2o2 and 5 parts water for the dip?
and if i wanted to use the potassium permanganate mix its about 1:10 or am i mistaken?
