Can anyone tell what this is? It looks kind of like a popped white head. Not sure how well that shows in the pictures. He seems fine. He's swimming like normal and eating. Should I separate him? What could I treat it with?

Thanks for the input, everyone. From what I remember, a salt bath is 1 tsp of aquarium salt to a cup of water, right?
Do I just plop him in the cup? How long should I leave him in there?

I'd Google the salt bath concentration, I've used water from my saltwater tank when it's needed.
Plop him in the cup and keep an eye on him. He'll float and look upset, as freshwater fish aren't calibrated for saltwater. Keep him in the salt until the parasite falls off, or for about 7 minutes. If he starts looking distressed beyond the "OMG I'M FLOATING freakout you'd expect, remove him.

Well, I got home from school and work and the white spot seems to have fallen out of him. I'm not sure whether to be relieved or very worried.
