My best shrimp (pic), and my best shrimp picture

Hi all,

Just thought I would share. Here is a picture of what consider to be my best shrimp. She is just a regular V-band but her coloration is close to perfect. Even when she is berried her white stays nice and white. In fact she is berried in this picture. I have bought quite a few CRS now and most don't measure up to her in terms of color. I bought this shrimp from kvntran BTW.

And here the best picture I have taken of a shrimp so far. This was shot with a point and shoot camera and the results are not typical.

Nice shrimp and pics!:proud:
Wow! First of all nice shrimp. Second, what kind of point and shoot are you using?
The camera is a Canon SD700is that is 3-4 years old now. Its very hard to get good macro pics like the blue tiger because the camera does not focus very well without the flash. And its hard to tell when the subject is in focus due to the small LCD screen of the camera.
I love the tiger. I think that will be my next project.
OEBT are my 2nd favorite shrimp....closely behind the red tiger shrimp :red_mouth

That is a really cool shot of your OEBT!

I also got this shot of one of my OEBTs with a point and shoot (3-4 year old Canon Elph)...

She's nowhere near as blue as yours, but she had only been in the tank a few hours when I took that.

Your shrimp are looking great! Keep it up!

J
