I started getting interested in breeding shrimp after joining this site so I decided to try my hand at it. I know that 5 gallons is a little small but it's all I had room for so I didn't have many options! Just wanted to see if it looks good or if I should change something or move something around.
Stuff:
1 pro-sponge 20
Thermometer
Light

Plants:
Java moss
1 red tiger lotus bulb (because I had nowhere else to put it:icon_smil)

I hope to breed cherry shrimp first and then maybe move to a harder shrimp species. Thanks for looking!

Super lush, but a ten isn't much bigger of a footprint, and a 20h isn't far off either.. anyway, if the cycle is complete, you should be good to go.

I still have to cycle it. I have this tank sideways because it wouldn't fit the other way around. I tried a 10 gallon but it was hanging off the edge and I thought I'd eventually bump into it and send it sprawling
