That would depend on how much effort you're willing to put forth. Endlers is the first that comes to mind, but I think you can do something more interesting. I'd say, figure out what lengths you're willing to go to to feed, and then more informed ideas can be suggested. As it stands, if you aren't willing to do daily massive water changes, and keep a few live cultures of food going, it's really quite hard to say.

(Personally, I think a few pygmy sunfish in a tank filled with Southern USA type plants could be really cool. Look up Everglades Pygmy Sunfish. Scientific Name Elassoma everglaei.)
