could two BN plecos be kept together in a 45g african cichlid tank?

1x deep water hap
1x yellow lab
1x aulonocara "eureka" cichlid
3x synodontis perticola(arriving w/ pleco(s))
1 or 2x BN pleco(arriving w/ synos.

Yeah. They may get a little beat up from time to time, but yeah, it'd work.

no i have 2 in my 55 gallon with peacocks and yellow labs and there fine

If you have 2 male BN they are more likely to fight with each other. A male and a female might decide to raise a family. The male takes charge of a cave, and this is where Cichlid x Bristlenose fights can happen.

Especially if you have some of the more high-strung mbuna cichlids (labs and peacocks are... mild, perhaps, in terms of aggression).

Just want to make sure you have enough hiding spaces for all the fish. That will tone down any potential territorial fights.
