I just bought a pound of them. There is no way my shrimp will eat all those leaves in 100 years. In the meantime I have to find a way to preserve them. Any idea?

Mulberry leaves, who would have thought. if you asked some primary school kids where they got theirs for their silkworms, it might have saved you a few bucks.
As kids we knew just about every house with a mulberry tree in the backyard. My favourite was a big old tree in the backyard of a deaf old man who lived there alone, I think he liked having us around now and again. R.I.P.
