I've been reading about Malaysian Trumpet Snail and my 1st thought was what if you are using Mineralized TopSoil. Will these snails make nightmarish mess once the get under the Sand Cap?

never have for me. My topsoil has been set up for a few months now and my snails dont seem to mix the soil and the cap together.

Could it be that they burrow very slowly? How deep is your sand cap?
