I’m not an expert, ok? It does look like untrimmed Java moss to me. If you trim it, it grows back with a prettier, more organized shape.

Looks to be growing Ike flame moss. It's hard to tell moses apart though.

Looks a lot more like Leptodictyum riparium (Stringy Moss) than standard Java Moss.
