Moss Id?

Hi Everyone,

So I am a newbie but have bn researching and going mind crazy with my planted aquariums( i cant get enough!)

I recently went on an adventure down to my local creek and found some moss growing in the creek attached to some rock so i gathered some and have put it in one of my small tanks. it looks as good as the day i got it and has grown a little, i only got it about 8 days ago though so i'm wanting an ID if anyone can figure it out. heres what it looks like.
